Charlotte gets excited about all the ways that we can align with
the rhythm and pulse of nature to reveal the beauty, power and
wisdom of the world around us. She is delighted by the deeply
ordered and refined aspects of the natural world - from wood
warblers and spotted salamanders to fungus and snow flakes.
She is sure to bring the natural world into her Anusara yoga
classes, ayurvedic nutritional counseling and natural history
walks and talks.
She lives with her husband Jerome on three acres of mixed
spruce-fir forest in Blue Hill, Maine. Their house is surrounded
by herb and flower gardens, baby arucana chickens, and the
laughter of two ruddy-cheeked little girls. She also works as
the Stewardship Coordinator for the Blue Hill Heritage Trust
and is committed to protecting the wild beauty of our coastal
landscape.
