AYURVEDIC WELLNESS &
FAMILY NUTRITION

We can be vibrant, strong,
resiliant and brillant beings.

When we attune to the gross and subtle qualities of our bodies, we are attuning to the grand rhythm of the universal light of consciousness that dances through each rain drop, each particle of soil, each root, stem and leaf, and each and every cell of our own being.

We honor and serve life in the highest
when we choose well.

I began studying Ayurveda at Naropa University in 2000 and though I have taken many side trips to
learn about different modern nutrition theories, I always return to the wisdom of the Ayruvedic tradition.
Most recently I have been deepening my understanding of this infintiely rich tradition though Cate
Stillman's nine-month Ayurvedic Living Course 2.

In 2009 I began sharing what I've learned from my journey to health through private consultations
and seasonal group cleanses.

The next group cleanse is the
"Nourishing Fall Cleanse" October 20th - 29th, 2010.

I also do private consulations. My particular health interests are:

- Women's health (cycle irregularities, infertility, peri-natal nutrition, chronic candida)
- Family health (how to cook for and nourish yourself and your children with whole foods)
- Food allergies and sensitivities (including behavioral reactions)
- Chronic infections and antibiotic dependence
